Medium alloyed cold work tool steel. Also contains molybdenum and vanadium as strengthening elements.
Manufactured by Dörrenberg Edelstahl.
1.2510 (100MnCrW4) material is a medium alloyed cold work tool steel. It also contains molybdenum and vanadium as strengthening elements. The chromium content in 1.2510 (100MnCrW4) steel helps it resist softening at high temperatures. This cold work tool steel has good hardenability and high wear resistance. 1.2510 material maintains dimensional stability during heat treatment. It is a steel with very high toughness, good ductility, and hardenability.
