Permanent Mould Casting

Is a method of pouring some metals into a metal mold while in liquid form. In permanent mold casting of aluminum and copper alloys, hard copper alloys such as Copper Beryllium, Copper Nickel Silica, Zirconium Copper give very good result.

In the pistons of injection machines working with cold cabin method of aluminum and magnesium alloys, Cupro CB (CCB), Cupro CNB (CCNB) or Cupro NSS® alloys give very good results.

Brass, which is increasingly used in the plumbing industry, is shaped either by hand-made die casting or by die casting into the machine. Their molds can also be made from Cupro CB.

Cupro CB beryllium copper's high thermal conductivity and hardness  makes it ideal in this application.

Battery molds, water clock molds, tap molds are made from this material.
