After your order is delivered to the cargo company by us, your cargo tracking information is sent to you via SMS and e-mail. If this information has not reached you, you can access your cargo information from your Order Tracking page.
We need bank approval to ensure your security when shopping with a credit card on our site. The approval process works as follows;
Credit cards security unit, when needed, receives order confirmation by contacting you from the fixed phone numbers included in your personal information registered in the bank and sends it to us.
When the order confirmation appears in our system, your order is immediately prepared and delivered to the cargo.
If your order has not received confirmation in more than 2 days; your bank called you from the fixed phone numbers registered in their system; but it didn't reach.
In this case, we recommend that you call your bank and update your personal information and give the credit card security unit a fixed phone number where they can reach you as soon as possible.
Bank approval is awaited for purchases you make using Wire Transfer/Eft from our site.
In order for the payments made by EFT / Wire Transfer to be approved, your order number must be written on your payment receipt. When the order number is not written, the information will be checked in line with the information you will provide and order confirmation will be made.
